Out of the Shadows, Into the Light: Solstice Storytelling, Salem Athenaeum, 337 Essex St.

Let’s gather together, fortify ourselves against the coming cold and dark of winter with an evening of warm words and drinks, and an abundance of sweets, music and merriment.

We’ve invited writers who will spin stories from the shadows, helping us get through this long winter’s night, and back to light.

In the spirit of The Moth, this evening’s storytellers will recount original stories that they crafted themselves.
